Meet Carlotta

From a young age, I’ve been drawn to beauty, harmony and the art of creating moments that feel truly meaningful. What began as a natural inclination soon became a calling — one I chose to cultivate through formal training and years of experience in the world of event design. This journey led me to found Carlotta Cioffi Events: a boutique planning and design studio based in Rome, dedicated to curating refined weddings and private celebrations across Italy’s most enchanting destinations.

My approach is deeply personal and intentionally selective. I take on only a limited number of projects each year, allowing me to dedicate myself fully to each story — ensuring that every celebration reflects the people at its heart: their style, their spirit, their emotions.

Every detail is a reflection of who they are, translated into an atmosphere that feels authentic, elegant and timeless.

It all begins with a conversation.During our initial call, I take the time to understand your vision, priorities and the atmosphere you wish to create. It’s an opportunity to connect, align, and start shaping an experience that reflects who you are.
Following our conversation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope of services, vision and investment. Once confirmed, your date is officially reserved and we begin crafting the foundations of your event with care and precision.
This is where creativity meets structure. From selecting the perfect venue and curating your dream team of vendors, to designing every visual and emotional detail — we shape an experience that reflects your style, atmosphere and story with coherence and beauty.
As the event approaches, I oversee all logistics, communication, and scheduling, guiding every vendor and detail into perfect alignment.
My role is to ensure that everything unfolds with calm precision, allowing you to feel fully confident and effortlessly cared for.
